Looking for workouts that happen every week? I got you! 💪🏽

Here’s a list of recurring fitness classes, run clubs, walking groups, and community workouts happening around Louisville every week. Whether you’re just getting started or already active, there’s something for everybody.

I’ll be posting updated weekly fitness events separately, so you’ll have one post for recurring workouts and another for special events happening each week.
Hope this helps you find your next workout!

Let’s make fitness more fun, more social, and way less intimidating. See y’all out there! 🫶🏽🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🤍

The Spencer’s Stand team is so grateful for everyone who helped make Impact Loop so special. Thank you to the Louisville community, the West End School, and to Spencer’s teammates who came out and helped us create a day centered around real impact.

We were proud to provide diabetes education, resources, and conversations for those living with type 1 and their families, while also creating spaces centered around support and emotional well-being for people from the local community.

So much love went into this event, and we’re thankful for everyone who showed up.
Louisville, thank you. ❤️

Instructor Spotlight: ⚡️Jocelyn ⚡️

📸: @jocelyn.smith_

Jocelyn leads an empowering yet calming flow with the intention for students to take up space with breath and be fully expressive. She tends to remind others of their strength through unique sequences that may challenge “self” while being grounded in greatness and gratitude. This style may feel similar to a power vinyasa flow.

Jocelyn brings her softness, warmth, and love to her teachings. Outside of teaching she is always practicing movement, mindfulness, and elevating to a higher light.

Any and every one is welcome to explore the power and beauty of their breath.•let’s be so great together•

Use our website to register for classes with Jocelyn, every Friday at 7:15pm, and check out our other weekly offerings. Link in bio!!!

Nos vemos pronto! ⚡️
