6.5 MILES!!! MY FIRST QUARTER MARATHON!! 😭🏃🏻‍♀️🤍

I don’t even know how to put into words what crossing that finish line felt like. I cried because I was so proud of myself. 🥹

I was one of the last runners to finish, but I FINISHED!! And that’s something no one can take away from me.

A few months ago, running 2 miles was a struggle. I remember celebrating when I finally reached 3 miles, then 4, and now here I am finishing 6.5 miles, the longest distance I’ve ever done!

This journey has been anything but perfect. Between injuries, anxiety, learning to listen to my body, and figuring out what works for me, there have been plenty of moments when things didn’t go as planned.

Even today, my watch stopped recording at mile 2.38, and I had to restart it. 😂 But one thing about me, I’m learning not to let the little setbacks take away from the bigger picture.

What made today even more special was realizing how much stronger I’ve become. I was able to run more of the distance than I ever have before, and although my pace may not be the fastest, my endurance is growing, and so is my confidence. 🥹

Running has taught me so much about patience, consistency, and trusting the process. Some days I surprise myself, other days I have to remind myself that progress isn’t always measured by pace or distance.

I started running to do something for myself, but somewhere along the way, it became so much more than that. 🤍

Today I didn’t just earn a medal. I earned another reminder that I’m capable of doing hard things.

**One of the last to finish, but never someone who gave up.** 🥹✨

Here’s to continuing to find my pace, one mile at a time. 🏃🏻‍♀️🤍

What an honor it is to lead these agents.🥹

Some have graduated from Elite’s mentorship, and some are just getting started. Getting to watch each of them grow, gain confidence, ask hard questions, and step into who they’re becoming is something I don’t take lightly.

I’m so proud of every single one of you, and I’m genuinely so excited to see where this journey takes you.

I pray that in every season, I can be a small part of your journey while always pointing you back to Jesus, reminding you of who you are, and cheering you on along the way.

So grateful I get to do this. 🖤

Elite’s Women’s Event was such a powerful reminder of what can happen when women come together with love, purpose, and a heart to see each other win. 🤍

So incredibly thankful for @stevepenate & @emduarte and all they pour into Elite. Watching what God has built here has been nothing short of amazing. The friendships, support, encouragement, and genuine love in this room is something so special.

So many people look at environments like this and assume competition… but what we’ve built is collaboration. Women cheering each other on, growing together, and making space for one another to thrive.

This is only the beginning, and I’m so excited for the journey ahead. ✨

💜Graduate Spotlight💖
Sister: Jocelyne 'Impecable' Marmolejo #90 Captain, Spring '16.
Recieved her Bachelors: Science in Dental Hygiene.
Plans after graduation: "Work as a registered Dental hygienist in a pediatric office (I love kids 💕) and start graduate school in the Fall."
Advice to undergraduates: "Try your best to enjoy the moments while you're in them. A lot of people graduate and always talk about how they wish they would have appreciated their college experience more. Consciously recognize what you love while you're loving it. Make the most out of all those moments, because you'll do SO many things for the last time and not realize until it's long gone AND don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something because you can!"
