what roles have we been playing internally & externally, that feel small? where can we bring the art in expansion and romanticize growth in change once again? the art of noticing and questioning who you’ve been is the only way to grasp how much you really are and can be 🌿 I love being in nature dancing, moving through my own flow, connecting to the elements with gratitude 🌊🩵🦋

✨wherever the darkest parts are within me I’m rushing there , and alchemizing it all to love, this is easier said than done. that’s why it’s called a soul urge— and my fears of these things being acknowledged and felt held me back in so many ways I’m continually being reminded to let go of. All of our journeys to the same destination look completely different and it’s no one’s job to understand my journey unless it’s one they desire to look up to out of curiosity or courage. I’m very proud of my growth and the ways my heart has evolved, a thank you to the yoga for all the time we’ve spent together on this journey it’s amazing to think this is just the beginning. 🤗🤗

I will take all the truth, wisdom, and inspiration from this past year, shedding all that no longer serves my highest purpose on this planet 🦋and bloom with the year to come with fire in my heart, hooves of steel with each step forward.. I choose to run to the beat of my own heart, rhythm, and soul.

P.S. this was the best day of my life so far 😭🙏🏼🐴

yoga with these puppies was such a surprise on my journey !! the way it has been so heart warming to share these sweet moments with everyone who comes to these classes is so inspiring and it has made me realize how much animals and humans need to move and be in the moment together 💗✨🐶 BTW some of them are still up for adoption!!
