Happy New Year friends! 🎊 A little reflection + pics from the last day..best day of 2025. Let’s go!

Ever have those days where you’re GO GO GO + just a busy 🐝 bee + then the day ends + you’re like, wait, what did I actually get done? Did anything I did really move the needle forward? That was a lot of 2025 for me. A year of learning, unlearning, + getting really honest with myself. Especially in entrepreneurship. Figuring out direction. Refining what actually matters. Letting go of what doesn’t.

One of the biggest blessings of 2025.

We got our baby back → BEDLAM.

After letting it go in 2022 + not having it for a few years, buying it back was emotional in a way I didn’t expect. Rebuilding something you love will do that. That story is a wild one…probably a book or podcast someday😅 So being able to spend the last day of the year in our home away from home, surrounded by people who inspire me to keep showing up, reminded me why we do this. Creating a space that feels safe, strong, + welcoming will always matter to us. I’m so damn grateful for this community + excited to see BEDLAM continue to grow + get even stronger.

2025 also forced me to look at myself. I used to wear being “busy” like a badge of honor. Multitasking. Always on. Starting a million things + not always finishing them. If I’m honest, that’s not something I’m proud of anymore + it’s something I’m actively working to change.♥️ my nervous system thanks me!

Yesterday also held a quiet, long overdue moment. Time spent honoring my parents. Seeing our dad’s headstone finally engraved. A reminder of where I come from , what I don’t have to carry + why i do what I do. 💪🏼 Health is wealth my friends.

As I head into 2026, I’m looking forward to protecting my energy + pouring it into the things that actually, truly matter. Work that’s meaningful. Effort that helps others. Showing up with purpose, not just urgency.

My words for the year are Intention + Finish.
Less rushing. More presence. Doing the uncomfortable things. Following through. Finishing.

If I still have you, thank you, I’d love to know, what’s your word for 2026?

Wishing you your BEST year yet!☀️

Let’s GO 2026! Bring it! Love yall!♥️

Extremely late later gram from my 46th birthday because honestly, I kinda love these.🥰

There’s something fun about reliving a day a couple months later! 🥹🥰😎 these pics have been hanging out in my camera roll just waiting for their moment so in Gina fashion……here we are! 🙋🏻‍♀️🤣✨

Never and I mean NEVER did I think I’d feel this dang good at this age. If I could talk to 16 year old me, 26 year old me, or even 36 year old me… I’d grab her by the shoulders and say:
EAT. LIFT. BUILD MUSCLE.
Quit shrinking yourself + start taking up space.
Cougar puberty is real + I’m peaking harder at 46 than I ever did in my 20s or 30s 😮‍💨💪🏼

Stronger, happier, clearer, louder. 👏🏼

So grateful for this wild journey we call LIFE, I’ve learned to eat real food, that you can have fun without alcohol, to lift heavy weights, BUILD MUSCLE + have boundaries, to chase the things that light me up + to love myself unconditionally………..but I also have learned to heal. To forgive. To soften in the places life tried to harden. 🙏🏼 And to keep moving even on the days when missing my parents hits me out of nowhere…the kind of reminder that time really is the most valuable currency we’ve got, and we don’t get a refund on any of it. #dontwait_toolong

That’s why I’m proud of the life I’ve built with my family + friends who are family… choosing to spend my time on what matters + who matters. Doing the things that bring me joy, strength, + PEACE. ✌🏼

These little birthday snippets remind me how good life feels with the right people in your corner.

Some pictured, some not, some I couldn’t tag, but all of you made me feel loved + celebrated! 🥹😭🥰 thank you thank you thank you!! Appreciate all of your love + birthday wishes everyone!! Cheers to 46 baby!! LFG!!!! ⚡️

➡️➡️➡️ Question for YALL: To my wiser + older friends: What’s something you’d tell your 46 year old self? And younger friends, what questions do you have for us older folks?? 🤔

I love you yall!! Forever!!!!😘

@bedlamstrong is more than a gym. It’s a family that came together to celebrate Jodi & Ruben for their baby shower ✨🩷

In true Jodi fashion, we did WOD games in lieu of traditional baby shower games. So much fun!

Congratulations Jodi 🩷 we can’t wait to meet her 💞
