"Building CONFIDENCE is very much the same as building a brick wall. When you take the time to recognize all the small wins you make on a daily basis, you keep adding to your wall of confidence!" - Allistair McCaw

This is so true & it's important to emphasize this to the players you have the privilege of coaching too. Every push-up, every hill sprint, every good shot played, every good ball bowled, every catch taken, every run out executed are all wins & again one must emphasize this to your players. Also don't be shy to get get dirty & stuck in yourself as this pushes the players even further & builds that all importantcamaraderie. Whatever you ask or expect of your talented players make sure you set the example, get stuck in & interact with them. The fitter you are, the better life is...simple!
