And to our lovely third place winner - Jody! 😍 Jody is a long term member and has done some challenges before but this one she was determined to make a change. After a tough winter with illnesses etc, Jody got straight back on track, nailing her consistency often hitting 6 sessions a week with us and had the highest attendance of all our challengers! Along with this she was able to cut out some of her bad food and drink habits helping her lose some weight in the process. We are so proud of you Jody!! Keep up the good work 🙌🙌❤️💙
