High School Musical,

Unless you have been living under a rock you would have heard of the 2006 Disney Channel classic teen movie High school musical .Sharing the story of two high school teens sharing their hidden love for musicals whilst in their journey to self discovery.

I as many others was totally and utterly obsessed with getting to watch a musical with cool American kids and learning the Songs with my niece and living our best lives in our front room learning the dance moves.So to hear the news to celebrate its 20th anniversary, the Incredible musical will be arriving at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre to showcase its musical release I couldn’t have been happier.

From the very start of arriving in the theatre you are transported in to the wild cats stadium at East high school.(you can even buy on stage stand seats)Starting straight of with a audience sign along chant it really sets the scene The energy is so high from start to finish with the most incredible choreography by Aaron Rae.I was in awe of his talent and when you didn’t expect a dance to go where it did it just got even better.The dancing was truly infectious & electric and made you want to get up on stage and join in.It felt completely fresh and new.

Part 1 @rentwestend Celebration: October 8th

Last week’s spectacular opening in the West End, with amazing friends and investors. An amazing night celebrating the cast and creative team who made this happen and succeeded 1000% in putting together a remarkable 4- and 5-star-reviewed production (and a daily sell-out). They’ve introduced this important piece of musical theatre to a new generation (yes, and re-introduced it to some of us in the older generation as well). Thank you @charlieflintphotography for these great images.

On Monday evening, we were kindly invited along to the opening night of @highschoolmusicalonstage as it transfers to Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre and we had the most fabulous time!

The show is currently running until 03rd January and it's a show not to be missed - full of nostalgia, immersion and incredible performances, it's time to get your head in the game and become a wildcat for an evening of theatre fun 🎭✨

Today was a big day for our Little Shop of Horrors.

Over 100 content creators from Manchester, Liverpool and the surrounding areas came to Hope Mill Theatre, many of them for the first time, to see an exclusive performance of our Megamix from this incredible cast.

Today was only our second preview, so the fact that our brilliant creative team pulled this together in the middle of everything else is fairly mad.

After years of planning, we now have 50 performances sold out before press night, which is also fairly mad and very exciting!

I also loved that today wasn’t just about our show. It gave us the chance to share Hope Mill with so many new people and celebrate everything Joe, Will and their team have built here over the last ten years.

A massive thank you to Debbie and Ginette, and to Rosie from The Social Sort and Kevin Wilson for making today happen.

Not a bad way to spend preview number two !
