The most important principle in training is individuality.

A program should never be random, it must be built around the person:
gender, age, weight, height, training frequency, and most importantly the goal.

These factors determine everything: the volume, intensity, exercise selection, and recovery strategy.

That’s why the same workout will never work the same way for everyone.
