GO.
ALL.
IN.

Your perceived limits are stopping you.

A lot of people doubt themselves to a point where success feels like a lifetime away.

A switch of mentality and it can be a moment away.

Do everything with purpose.

DIVE.

At least then you will know if it's for you or not.

Later down the line you might be thinking to yourself if I tried harder or put more effort in it might of worked out.

Do things you enjoy.

With those that have similar interests.

Iron sharpens Iron.

Trust the process.

You might not see changes in all aspects of your life straight away.

But with consistency and discipline you will exceed your perceived limits.

There were so many of you!
You know who you are!

I couldn't have got to the 24 hours without your support.

You're all incredible.

4 MONTHS LEFT.

Winters coming.

4 more months of graft until the New Year.

4 months is still a long time until the end of the year.

Don't wait to start.
Don't think II wait until next year.
Start now.

Or if you're in it.
Still get after it.

People tend to loose accountability during this slower, darker & more miserable time of year.

The motivation to get up early.
In the rain.
In the cold.
In the dark.

Personally this used to be a tough time for myself.

With no end goal.
Or target to work towards.

I lacked discipline.
Accountability.
Motivation.
And Grit.

Consistency beats talent.

Accountability beats negotiation.

Discipline beats motivation.

If you're someone like me who still finds it tough during the dark winter months.

Just remember you're not the only one.

Get after it this winter, then thaw out next summer and reap the rewards for the hard graft done.

Building the resilience.
Building the mentality.

Professional Trig Point 12 shots

What an experience.

High & Lows.

There were times I wanted to quit.
Also times where I was just focusing on putting one foot in front of the other.

Learnt a lot.

DNF - 10/12 loops
66km
1600m Elevation
10hours on the trail

Thanks to @adventureathletesevents & @willfrasercoombe for putting on such a brutal event, already looking forward to next years trig point 12 event already.

Thanks to @mattphillipsphotography for capturing these sick shots from the event.
