We were honoured to have Dr Sarah McKay (@drsarahmckay) in our research clinic as part of the MenoStim Trial last week 💗

The most rewarding part of this work isn’t the data, it’s the women behind it. I’ve had the privilege of meeting women who are navigating menopause while rebuilding themselves, raising families, leading teams, and showing up every day despite experiencing a major life transition. Their insight is powerful and their honesty is generous.

Women’s health research doesn’t just happen in labs. It happens in conversations, in trust, and in the space we create to hear each other out. We have so much to learn from each other.

If you’re interested in learning more or being involved in our clinical research, click the MenoStim Trial link in my bio.

Clearly thrilled to be sharing my PhD research at the Australasian Cognitive Neuroscience Society Conference 2025!

Are you going through menopause and having problems with memory, thinking, and mood? We are investigating whether a safe, non-invasive method of brain stimulation can improve brain-related symptoms in females going through menopause.

Packed classes for opening morning. Absolutely blessed with the best 💫.

I can’t yet put into words how grateful I am to each and everyone of you for showing up this morning and sharing the opening of the studio with me. The energy in the studio was like nothing else and I can already feel the community coming together. You are all AMAZING!!!
