Smashing some restrings on these vintage telecasters for the Eskimo Joe North QLD shows. Heaps of hits and some nice deep cuts in this set!

5 years ago, I released a single that changed my life. After writing “You can’t see black in the dark” with @joelquartermain I decided it needed a second voice, a non Aboriginal singer to communicate a message of solidarity and unity. So I reached out to @kenny_kan_do , the incredible singer in @birdsoftokyo , and he happily said yes. This January and February, we’re going to go out on the road together playing a bunch of shows up and down the east coast of Australia. I’d love to see you at a show! ‘figure it out’ is out today ❤️

it’s such a joy to make art with your friends, especially when it’s a celebration of each other. This song truly encapsulates all the messiness & wonderful lessons your late-twenties single era can bring, and we’re so excited it’s yours. Dance like crazy to it!

A moment for the wonderful team who helped us create this track:

Co-write: @dylan_ollivierre
prod: @edwinmjwhite & @joelquartermain
mix: @paulfrostmix
master: @andrei__eremin

E is for Eskimo Joe, and Edwin White.
@eskimojoemusic , @edwinmjwhite

While this is an LT song (kinda cheating here). I am truly inspired by both these artists and will share to stories some of my fave tunes.

Also shout out to Miss @emilywurramara_ . She da bomb!!

If you want to train your algorithm to show you more Aussie acts, now’s your chance.

Some days are better than others. Spent today with legendary Aussie singer songwriter and Goanna frontman, @goannafella , master songwriter, producer and Eskimo Joe legend, @joelquartermain and my oldest musical brother, collaborator and friend, @funkerbirds recording a song we’ve written together. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it. #rock #guitar #Aboriginal #YortaYorta #aussie

Cute microphones in the mail, instead of another interest rate hike. I’m so here for this. 🎉

Shoutout to @austrian_audio for gifting me their USB Mic from MiCreator Studio.

Cheers again to @intlsongcompetition and the crew for selecting ‘Real Life = No Fun’.

@joelquartermain and @edwinmjwhite, I’ll bring this down for our next session. 😉
