✨ Happy New Year! 2025 started off a little rough here in LA, but as always, this community did what it does best — came together, showed up, and wrapped one another in love and support. That never goes unnoticed and never gets old. This year marked my 20th year of teacher training and 6 years here in LA, and wow… what a journey it has been. I am beyond grateful for every single one of you — those who are brand new to this space and those who have been with me long before social media was even a thing. Thank you to everyone who traveled to LA to step into the studio, to explore, question, move, and truly dive into this work. Thank you to those who came to learn how to teach, to grow as teachers, and to carry this work forward. And thank you to our entire Pilates community — near, far, online, and in person — you are the heart of it all. So… if this is what brought us to the end of 2025, just imagine what’s ahead. ✨ How amazing is 2026 going to be? ✨ AMAZING. 💥💫
