If your friends aren’t sprinting to the finish to try to beat you, seeing you go out for a run and then going for a run themselves but faster and 2 miles further, hearing how much money you made and then trying to double it, then what kind of friend group are you in??

The sincerest form of love is holding an expectation to each other to show tf up the way you said you would. Do you want to learn how to swim? You need friends who are going to pick you up and throw you in the deep end of the pool and then drag you out before you drown! Want to learn how to ride a bike? Find the friends that will tape your hands to the handlebars and laugh when you fall, but give you advice on how to be better.

Surround yourself with people who want it more, and you will want it more!

Past Friday’s @fridayfitclub.sd event was probably one of my faves so far! The vibes were absolutely immaculate and it all lent itself beautifully to @jillian_mackenzie_’s and my mission of forging a stronger and better fitness community here in San Diego! Wow!! Last night was absolutely incredible, unreal, unforgettable but most importantly, sooooo much fun!! It was a dream to coach this EPIC HIIT class through @fridayfitclub.sd at @fitness.collective_ last night and I’m still not over it! A HUGE THANK YOU to the beautiful community and all who came to support us and special thanks to the following:

- @cureboundofficial and my amazing friend @rylee.johnson_ for being the charity we had the pleasure of supporting and for doing everything possible to find a cure for cancer! 🫶🏻

- @joeltanner80 at @asrv for bringing along some of the coolest swag and hooking me up with the most badass fit! 🤙🏻

- @tridentcoffee, @drinklmnt and @nellysorganicsbars for helping replenish our energy and rehydrate us after the workout (or rather the burpee challenge 😉)
