What’s the most useless rule at your gym? 😂

The tripod debate is getting out of hand.

I genuinely want to know where people stand on this:

Are tripods in the gym annoying gym etiquette… or are people just mad because they’re in the background of someone’s video?

Because I actually love gyms where people can film their workouts without everyone acting like they’re committing a federal crime.

Obviously, don’t block equipment, don’t take up a rack for 30 minutes, don’t get in someone’s way, and don’t film people who clearly don’t want to be filmed.

But if I put my tripod in a corner, hit record, and get my workout done… what’s the problem? 😂

And some gym rules are just objectively hilarious.

What gym rule would you delete immediately?

Is there an age where you’re officially too old for certain gyms? 😂

We got into a VERY controversial debate on the podcast…

Gold’s is full of young lifters, influencers, people filming content, and guys trying to mog everyone in sight. So when you’re 55+… are you actually out of place?

Then there’s the other side of the argument: being a creep has nothing to do with your age.

Especially after the locker room incident where someone was apparently caught “peeping” 👀

So what do you think?

Is it weird to be at a young, hardcore gym after a certain age… or should everyone be able to train wherever they want?

And be honest… what age is “too old” for Gold’s? 😂

Tag a real one below. 👇

The best gym friendships aren’t built by following each other. They’re built by pushing each other through one more rep, spotting the last set, chasing bigger arm pumps, and showing up when nobody feels like training. The people who grind with you become family.

Your body is a temple. Your discipline is worship. Your strength is a responsibility.

The Bible has been talking about health, discipline, perseverance, and stewardship long before fitness became a trend.

Here are some verses that connect faith, training, and taking care of the body God gave you:

📖 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
“Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit… therefore honor God with your body.”

📖 1 Timothy 4:8
“Physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things…”

📖 1 Corinthians 9:25-27
“Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training… I discipline my body and keep it under control.”

📖 Proverbs 24:5
“The wise prevail through great power, and those who have knowledge muster their strength.”

📖 Isaiah 40:31
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles…”

📖 Philippians 4:13
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

📖 Galatians 6:9
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest…”

📖 Proverbs 13:4
“A sluggard’s appetite is never filled, but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied.”

📖 Colossians 3:23
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”

📖 Hebrews 12:11
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest…”

📖 2 Timothy 1:7
“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”

📖 Romans 12:1
“Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God…”

📖 Proverbs 16:3
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”

📖 James 1:12
“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial…”

📖 Psalm 144:1
“He trains my hands for battle; my fingers for war.”

The gym is not just about building muscle. It’s about building discipline, honoring your body, and becoming the person you were created to be.

Train hard. Stay humble. Keep God first.
