The results are in. The postseason draw is set. 🔥

After 8 weeks of competition, all 10 teams are headed into 3 weeks of postseason action. Your regular season finish determined your spot in the draw. From here, it’s single elimination. Every match is a chance to keep your season alive.

Two teams will earn the crown and represent ITT LA at regionals. 🏆🏆

🎾 Tuesday w/ the Team

Week 1 is officially in the books and it couldn’t have been more exciting!🔥

So many close matches. So many momentum swings. Nobody ran away with the night. Every single matchup stayed competitive all the way through.

🎾 Blame It On The Frame vs Deuce Busters
This one started SUPER tight. Deuce Busters came out strong early, leading after doubles and taking women’s singles. But Blame It On The Frame turned it on in the second half of the night, pulling away with strong performances on Lines 4 and 6 to take the match 32-24 and securing first place with 57% win percentage.

🎾 Hit Happens vs Deuce Bigalows 2.0
These teams traded punches all night. Hit Happens took women’s doubles but dropped men’s doubles, and things stayed close heading into the second half. A huge breadstick win on Line 5 gave Hit Happens enough cushion that even after losing Line 6 and getting pushed into overtime, they still held on for the 27-22 win, securing second place with 55% win percentage.

🎾 Kool Aces vs New Balls Please
New Balls Please came out HOT, taking Lines 1 through 3 and putting Kool Aces on their heels early. Kool Aces answered right back and swept Lines 4 through 6, securing line 6 in a tiebreak win that ended up being the difference maker. Final score: 27-25 securing them in 3rd place with a win percentage of 52%

What I love most is that nobody is out of it. Not even close.

The standings are already tight, and because every single game counts in ITT, one strong line or one extra overtime game can completely shift the leaderboard 👀

Everyone makes playoffs, so don’t get too caught up in standings this early. Use these matches to:
🔥 build chemistry
🔥 test pairings
🔥 figure out strategy
🔥 practice under pressure
🔥 grow as a TEAM

The teams that improve the most over the season are usually the scariest teams by playoffs! 💪🏽

See you for week 2 next Thursday!!

Some #35mm #filmphotography flix from @mamamamajay @superchiefgalleryla show on Broadway.

Always stoked to capture portraits of our peers. We’re the heartbeat of our art community, showing up, showing work, and most importantly, just being with one another. My kinda unity.

The biggest thank you to my cousin @tilltheendphotography / @chanoo69 for taking photos of my wedding 2 weeks ago.

& a huge thank you to all of Anyssa’s & my closest friends for attending & celebrating with us.

We wish we could’ve asked so many more of you to make it but given the circumstances we were left extremely limited space.

Thank you all who’ve reached out to us & made the past 2 weeks extremely special.

We love you guys.

Man! Facebook memories be coming in clutch. It definitely helps me look back on what we’ve accomplished. What a majestic journey we’ve been on. We did DIY fest for 7 or 8 years. It was our first festival. So many great stories & memories from each year. By the last one, it turned into two stages with over 40 artist booked to perform, we did that!
