The 2026 Rookie Champion! 🏆

After a challenging start to the season in Spa, Joep Muller fought his way back into contention, ultimately leading to an intense battle for the Rookie Championship at Circuit Zolder. The young Dutch talent delivered when it mattered most, claiming the maximum available points in the Rookie class for the second time this season, having previously achieved the same result in Imola. A strong performance at the Season Finale completed an impressive comeback and secured his place at the top of the Rookie standings.

Congratulations to Joep and his entire team on a fantastic season and the championship title! 👏

* Provisional result, subject to the outcome of an ongoing appeal

A special shout out to a special person 📣

Because what did we enjoy the heroic performance from our Minister of Defence @mees_muller today! Although Mees only recently joined JW, we’re already his greatest fans. A real warrior on track and a wonderful human being next to it. Now go and celebrate this success with your brother, Mees! 🥳❤️

Guys, I honestly don’t even know where to start or what to say! ❤️

I’m incredibly proud of you two and everything we have achieved this season. It hasn’t always been easy, and things didn’t always go the way we hoped, but that’s all part of the journey.

Being able to follow you both throughout this season, sharing the highs and lows, the challenges and the unforgettable moments, has been an absolute pleasure.

And Joep, ending the season as Rookie Champion! 🏆 What an achievement, and so well deserved!

Thank you both for an incredible season, for the memories, the laughs and for letting me be a small part of your journey.

Proud of you both. What a season! ❤️🏁

Thank you @joep_muller @mees_muller
