Just because it’s old school...
doesn’t mean it’s the best option.
The behind-the-neck press can put many shoulders in a compromised position—especially if mobility isn’t there.
A few small adjustments can help you train the same muscles with less unnecessary stress.
Train hard.
Train smart.
Stay in the game.

Cold plunge after lifting?

Not always. 🧊

If your goal is building strength and muscle, jumping into cold water immediately after training may reduce the inflammatory response your body uses to adapt and grow.

“I squat with the wedge uphill… because life is uphill.” ⛰️😂

Just because you can do something…
doesn’t mean you should.

Train smarter, not….dumber.

UPDATE: Our influencer still hasn’t gotten his creatine addiction under control… 💀🥄

We’ve tried talking to him.
We’ve hidden the tubs.
Nothing has worked. 😭

If you or someone you know is licking the scoop clean, dry-scooping between sets, or treating creatine like a five-star meal… it may be time to seek “help.” 💪😂

(Disclaimer: Creatine is safe when used as directed. Our influencer is just… committed.)

UPGRADE YOUR EXERCISE 🔥
The Russian Twist is a great movement for building core strength and control…
But adding more weight doesn’t always mean better results.
Our influencer decided to grab a 100lb medicine ball 😳 — and while impressive, Movement Doc breaks down why technique, control, and proper execution matter more than just loading it up.
Master the movement first. Then earn the weight.

If your shoulder press starts behind your head… don’t listen to that guy. 😂

We’re back with a better option that keeps the gains and loses the unnecessary stress.

Grateful is an understatement… this year I was blessed to be surrounded by an unbelievable group of guys and play the game I love the most. Thank you to everyone that supported us, watched a game, told me I was an idiot for playing in the league, told me to keep going, came out and watched their first game and helped me fall back in love with hockey again. Thanks to the boys for welcoming me with open arms and always keeping the dogs rolling and showers warm, we’re champions and I love ya’ll. Now to run it back! 26/27 OTC
