Thank You Jesus. For every blessing, revelation, hardship and opportunity you’ve made in my life.
Who am I that I get to continue to be apart of his Kingdom and Now play a small part in being used for his Glory and Spreading the Gospel.

I also thank God for every single person, leader, co leader, that has walked with me this year and has poured into me and helped spur me on and help me grow and become a better person. As you can see the majority of my most joyful moments these days are shared in community.

Beginning of the end of my twenties..

If I’m being honest I expected my life to be in so much more of different place. But I have my Faith and Trust that he knows better than I would and that all things work out in time according to HIS PURPOSES.

This year has had a lot of challenges, discoveries, revelations about myself and my desires and what I used to cling to so hard. Letting go of control, expectations, and what I think is supposed to happen and when.

I know now what it means to Trust in the Lord, to be dependent and hope for him. I know the seriousness of my sin and what I should strive to do DAILY. I know what happens when I lean on my own understanding and impulses.

But above all I know what it means to have a Love and Relationship with The Lord and through that my heart and mind and desires I once had are being transformed.

I’ve lost count of all the things the last 10 days.

Post three? I think. Noteworthy and going in my capsule.

Surprise birthday number two. Surrounded by love, copious amounts of laughter, and a much needed night out with gorgeous views of KC scapes.

My hubby made sure that 40 (again) topped last year and was one for the books. I love you @llamardupree. Thank you for this sweet surprise. I’m blessed to be amongst such amazing people I call my friends. ❤️

The Fishers of Men Bible Study has always been about more than gathering once a week.

We’ve watched God move through His Word, through prayer, and through the brotherhood He’s built among us. 🙏🏽

That’s why we’re starting Worship Night.

Because worship isn’t just about singing songs. 🎶 Worship is how we live. It’s surrendering our hearts, our minds, our relationships, and our everyday lives to Christ. ✝️

This night is about encountering God together and creating a culture where men learn to worship Him not only with their voices, but with their entire lives. 🙌🏽
