POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thanks to everyone who came out Wednesday night for film music pub trivia! We had a synth-sational night! 🤖

Watch the video to the end to see our valiant participants attempting to recreate the iconic synth pulse from Chariots of Fire.

Special thanks to our special guest quiz master: Joy Ngiaw @joyngiaw

Congrats:

Winning team - Oops I Schrifin-ed In My Pants “La la la lol”

Runner’s Up - Baton Drop “Got my other one”

Consolation Prize - Star Scores: Attack of the Notes “These are not the tunes you’re looking for”

Best Submitted Question - Kevin Bodhipak @komponist1813

Longest Drive (time AND distance) - Hadara Gordon

Thanks as always to my co-host / savant Alex Bornstein @bornsteinmusic , thanks to Yu Chen Feng @foamsandfishes and Mandy Woo @postmoderndisco for all their hard work to make it happen, and @scoringarts and @impact24pr for their support.

And many thanks to Oldfield’s Liquor Room @oldfieldsliquorroom for hosting us and providing a fantastic space, with terrific drinks and super service!

What did we learn? Even if we tell you Ron Grainer wrote the Dr. Who theme in the first half, that’s no guarantee you’ll know it in the second half.

Hope to see you all at the next one!

a vlog that’s a lil overstimulating at first (prob my fault lol) but then we locked into the peaceful, melodic vibes!! #composing #femalecomposer #conductor #musicmajor #genzcomposer

Evergreen was composed of not only hours of songwriting and recording but also much laughter and Shay's many pleas for Aimee and Joe's voices to be on the track as well. 12.9.25.

EVERGREEN 12.9.25

Can you believe it's been a year of @wearevinyet releases!? Thank you for joining us on this journey. As we move into winter and toward 2026, there is no better way to kick off the day before @_memo71_ 's birthday than with new music! May we all find our #evergreen this winter.

First half marathon complete, but not without its struggles.

This might have been one of the toughest physical tests I’ve ever done, and just gave me such a respect for long distance athletes.

I’m super proud to have been able to complete the race at 2:34:35. Not a great time, but, I’m looking to definitely do another half and keep improving my time. Goal for end of next year is a full marathon
