Quick little remodel on this very outdated bathroom.

Nothing too fancy, just a budget conscious flip, less is more, clean and simple. ✅

Besides all new fixtures, we removed the popcorn ceiling courtesy of @sgs_drywall_finishers ,along with some cool features such as beadboard wainscoting paneling and a cool built-in recessed cubby niche next to the mirror we whipped up with some scrap wood to give it a custom touch. 🔥🔥🔥

As always, thank you to our clients/friends for the project!

These girls have been bringing me so much joy, they needed their own post. They aren’t all laying yet, but I already I get the most beautiful basket of eggs. It’s like a dream that’s been years in the making. One which would not be possibly without @joeycerami Who had to listen for months about my coop requests and built the best coop for our girls. He even planted some lime hydrangeas I had been bugging him about.

I feel like a Disney princes when they run to me and follow me around. It’s pretty special seeing the kids spend time with the them, learning about their breeds, different color shells and running out every day to collect eggs when they hear the egg song!
If you made this far, thank you for reading my chicken update - sincerely a chicken tender 😆
