Identifying the limitation is only the first piece of the puzzle. You can practice your posing, stretch, and get bodywork but if you’re not addressing what’s actually limiting your movement, you may keep running into the same issues. Iron Rose’s philosophy is to assess first, identify what’s holding you back, and create a game plan to address it.. whether that’s thru targeted mobility and strength programming, bodywork services, or posing tweaks. Our 6 Week Posing Mobility Program is a program that takes you from assessment to action with individualized programming, ongoing support, and reassessment to track your progress. And yes we work with athletes virtually! Both our posing assessments and six-week program are available online no matter where you’re located! Ready to actually address what’s holding you back? Comment PROGRAM for more information below👇🏼

All jokes aside, having friendships that keep you grounded in your faith, push you to grow, lovingly call you out when you’re slipping, and stand beside you through every high and low is truly a gift from God. 🥹🤍 To have two people who not only love you but also encourage you to grow closer to Jesus is something I’ll never take for granted. This trio is truly unmatched. 🤍

12 years since the first Olympia I attended… Driving home yesterday my most important thoughts were this: God has done so much to bring us to this place… God has played the largest and most critical role in all of this. And I mean in a literal sense, not just in a feelings and spiritual sense. When I get asked how we got here, the first thought I usually have is, “I have no idea” it kind of seems like luck tbh. God has literally opened so many doors and seemed to make the path possible at every roadblock. God has brought incredible team members always at the time we needed them most. Incredible mentors have showed up at times their advice was crucial… Blatant mistakes I have made that should’ve killed us, we have seemed to almost magically make it through… Opportunities and “chance” encounters I simply can not take any amount of credit for. Even our core product Instantized Creatine came from a seemingly random encounter I had at 16 years old… I sometimes question why I have been blessed so much but I pray that my team, family, and I can do what God intends us to do with what he has given us. That we can make it worth something more than just an ego boost for myself which I am way too often guilty of. That the financial gain can do more than just pay for a fancy lifestyle which I am also often guilty of. My prayer is that GAINS can do more than just fulfill my childhood dream of building a big cool brand and that it can impact lives in a worthwhile and meaningful way. That it can help people progress and even grow closer to God even if we never put a Bible verse or quote on our packaging. Thank You Father for all You have given us… 🙏

1,000,000 orders on Shopify… Still just the beginning for GAINS but also a milestone that once felt impossible. One of the hardest things as a founder is to celebrate the wins because you are always pushing for more growth. Grateful that the team surprised @kaleb_mattice and I with a little celebration for this moment! LOADING: Million order year… Million order months…

Strength isn’t always what we think it is. Sometimes it’s constantly choosing not to give up on the person you know you’re becoming, to unlearn all the patterns that hold you back, and to walk blindly in faith even when the circumstances don’t make sense There are sooo many things I prayed for that came differently than I expected.. things that I thought were setbacks that ended up better than I could’ve imagined.. and seasons in my life I couldn’t understand until I was on the other side of them I’ve learned that when you stay rooted in faith, keep showing up, and refuse to let the hard seasons make you quit, you become pretty damn hard to stop 🌹 📸: @joeyfocus_

Had some fun switching up training styles this week.. always exploring new ways to switch it up as bodybuilding training can get kinda redundant at times This was a good reminder that training can actually be fun.. especially when you do it with a bf who can’t stop shaking his 🍑 Blessed to be doing this life with @joeyfocus_ 🫶🏼 . . An epic retail road trip in support of our partner, The Vitamin Shoppe! We visited 50 stores in under 72 hours across New Jersey and New York City. Over 20 hours of driving and more than 10 miles on foot walking throughout New York City. While most people look for the easy route, we’re fully committed to learning the process firsthand, educating store teams, and building authentic relationships that matter. Grateful for all the insights and feedback we gathered and to continue our retail expansion this year. Find @gainsinbulk Instantized Creatine® nationwide, exclusively at The Vitamin Shoppe!
