I make TV shows and music playlists. If you’re a good story or a dog, we’ll probably get along.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Eight years ago I met a woman at a @capeusa /Lexus (shout out @lexususa , send us some cars) Lunar New Year event who told me that she was writing the new Crazy Rich Asian movie. Then @denniskwanphoto finagled tickets for us and @zameerkassam threw jewels on me and all of a sudden, I was at the premiere of the film, as a fan. Cut to me super pregnant and that writer, now friend, called me for advice on a business decision that made me realize what a fearless, badass boss she is and how many mountains I would move to work with her. And now three rooms and all these years later- @adeleblim I am SO PROUD of you and the blood, sweat, and tears you’ve put into getting CRA off the ground. You knew your worth and you made it happen. Watching you navigate this journey has been a masterclass in how to be a leader, a mom and a f*cking cool ass creative business business woman- and it’s only beginning!!!! It’s going to be the best, wildest ride ever and I’m so grateful to be in your sidecar.

And a big shout out to all the writers, producers, executives at HBO MAX and WBTV, and the incomparable @kevinkwanbooks for making this happen! BOK BOK B*TCH!!!

Often times the night before the Emmys is even wilder than the main event. This year was no exception. Thank you @warnerbrostv & @mptf for inviting me to be a part of it all so I could unleash my inner Phyllis Diller! 🪩
