Albania, June 2025.
Late memories of rogue drivers, mountain towns, crystal clear waters and accidentally driving a rental boat into international waters with good pals 🤘🇦🇱🚤

Madeira ❤️‍🔥 What an unexpected gem.

Hikes, hot tubs and huge waves - A last minute adventure that did anything but disappoint.

Tbh I’m just glad we all made it off the island in one piece (swipe to the very end for context) 🌊

Started in my drafts long ago…

Downtime whilst travelling back from the other side of the world has finally beaten my social media procrastination. And thus, I have finally gotten around to an end of 2023 photo dump of some nice lil’ moments that I forgot to post, and don’t want to forget.

(3 Months late, and only posting now to make way for NZ spam ✌️😅)

‘On The Ropes’ Act 3 of Jolly Folly choreographed by the wonderful @ariellesmithjones for @englishnationalballet digital season. This was one of the most challenging jobs I’ve ever done, largely due to the length of the piece and style of movement I had to capture in a very limited time. Thanks to every single one of the dancers who’s mesmerising skill and patience made the process so much easier. Also to @laura.c.k who beautifully pieced together hours and hours of complex choreography into the final film. Projections by @blinkinlab Link to full dance in bio, stream & support if you can 🙏🏼🩰 ✨

Director Christian Bevilacqua [ @cbevil ] wrote the book on being a multi-hyphenate creator and it’s the size of an unabridged dictionary. Head to the link in our bio + bear witness to this unstoppable force of a guy obliterate his high-score on existence and tack on ‘Game-Maker’ and ‘Cognitive-Prodder’ to his already 10 mile-long moniker.

Never forget- THE PSYOP DROP # 02 | GAMING EDITION - is scrolling now.

Homegrown filmmakers have until 23rd October to enter 2023 LS/FF Shorties presented by @northcore

Short films are a central pillar of modern surf culture, a creative outlet for sharing stories and inspiring stoke.

As always this strand is open to 5 minute masterpieces exploring any aspect or angle of surfing and surf culture, through any filmmaking genre. The best will be screened as part of this year’s London Surf / Film Festival.

And as part of our ongoing support for UK & Irish filmmaking talent, we’re delighted to award a £500 cash prize for The Shorties x Northcore winning film, plus a prize to accompany the Emerging Talent Award.

It’s not about all about big cameras or big waves, it’s about big ideas. There’s more than one way to tell a surf story.
