My Next Day 🎭 What an incredible opportunity this self devised show was! Working with such a beautiful team has been such a blessing! Truely a learning curve and exploration of life. The raw and real human thoughts and feelings expressed in a thought provoking piece of a psychotic girl reflecting on how we want, need, try, fail, liked, hated, and exist. This piece encourages the audience to reflect on life but also change their perspective, grasp a broader perspective and enjoy and make good of your next day!

We're starting a monthly Indie Filmmaker Highlight, where each month we spotlight a filmmaker doing great things in the indie scene!

This month!!
@santiagocasta.gomez

Santiago clearly works with only the best! The 48hr projects he has been a part of have seen huge success recently, racking up nominations and awards across Australia — and The Hunt for the Last Nazis, which he worked on, won Best Documentary Feature (May) at the World Film Festival in Cannes 2026!

He's one of SA's best and most underrated ACs in the indie landscape and he's always open to new projects. He's got the equipment and experience for any job!

His latest, "The Killing of Flopsy," by @moltencoreproductions, directed by @blake_battersby, has just wrapped and is set for a special screening in late October.

Check out his work at... www.santiagocasta.com

We took a massive group photo at the end.
Unfortunately, John couldn't make it, so I've attempted to superimpose him in there.

Sorry @john_charles_actor I tried... 😅

Thanks @alicia_case for the muffins btw. You are a great cook mum! 😄

Only one more shoot left! 🚗

Stay tuned for next Sunday!
