Summer 2026 ✅ over the last few years i’ve been able to win a bunch of awards. learn endless skills & make life changing money. this year i even earned a $250,000 equity bonus on top of commissions & team overrides. in 2026 my program doubled & I had my best year yet. I thought id feel super excited for my self accomplishing all these things this year. being honest I didn’t feel much for my self this year. But I felt an excitement like never before seeing my people win. & win BIG @le0healy the only 2nd year in the company running a team & a BIG one (50+) seeing him develop into one of the best leaders i’ve seen, hitting partner, selling $400k with the odds against him all summer. & earning $50k as an equity bonus. @mcwhorter.sam being the top rookie @the___grit selling over $500k, earning a quarter million dollars as a 19 year old + an $100k equity bonus. winning GRIT REAPER & to see his face every time he hops in his brand new BMW M2 @mcwhorter.jack leveling up in the biggest way possible as a leader. & going from 100k to almost $600k year to date to 6x his summer (and he’s still going) I couldn’t be more proud. @john_gehring_ smashing $250k leading 20 guys from a last minute switch from a previous company. @nateduvalois buying his 2nd house after this summer & @eastonduvalois buying his first house after his 2nd summer @arosichg @erosichg selling $200k each and doubling their previous summers. @xi.munabrecht rookie year crushing $150k flying here and taking a bet on us all the way from guam @trey_smh from only selling a few accounts his first summer to $150k this year @grayson.denton doubling his previous summer doing 150k @aidan.cardwellx & @ethan.russell_12 with an unbreakable brotherhood that inspired me so much this year the list could go on and on of how proud I am of every single person I worked with all summer . what I know is after 8 years in door to door. you don’t stick around for you. you stick around for others. because you love seeing them win & get what they want. having impact is actually what’s fulfilling in this life & that’s why this whole Grit thing really is… bigger than bugs. come join us in 2027
