POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I have been meaning to post about my trip to TN for a while. I’m so lucky to have met these people and become lifelong friends with them. This is our second time getting most of the gang together since our trip to Kilimanjaro in June of 2025. So grateful to @ngarmstrong for bringing us all together and for creating @run4water_ Being involved and knowing Greg has been life changing. I can’t wait for you all to get to see the documentary Woven By Water which highlights all the amazing work Run4Water does.

Then on to Richmond with a stop in Pigeon Forge with @aoiferhymeswithfifa to experience Dollywood with some of the biggest Dolly Fans I know.

In Richmond, hanging with family and getting to see my brothers new house (that’s they bought a few years ago 😂) was a nice reset until a short time in Littles Backyard crewing @kennypowershikes

And just like that summer is over. 🥰🙌 Feeling grateful.

Pumpkins, pups & picture-perfect fall vibes! 🎃

The Flying Ghost Pumpkin Patch in West Nashville is much more than a roadside stop — it’s been a family tradition of ours for years! From fun photo ops to pumpkin bowling and beautiful mums, there’s more to it than just picking out a little orange guy!

Free to visit, full of fall magic, and one of my family’s favorite annual traditions! #fallvibes #nashville #koahthecanecorso

Results & 132 photos from Stones River Greenway are up! 📸⏱️

63 finishers ran, walked and (apparently) carried dogs across the bridge at Percy Priest Dam 🐾 Thank you to everyone who came out, to our presenting sponsor HTK Wealth Management, and to every volunteer who made it happen.

🏆 History made: the first course records at Percy Priest Dam belong to Luna McCauley (18:30) and Jim Werdeniuk (21:38).

🏅 NEW: Every runner now has a Trophy Case on runntenn.com — Tennessee-made medals you earn just by showing up. First finishes, podiums, age groups, course records, a milestone every 5 races, and volunteering. Finish 3 races in 2026 to earn Founding Runner… and November 21 seals it.

🐕 NEXT UP: Saturday, Nov 21, 8 AM at Edwin Warner Park, Shelter 9. Super dog friendly, with awards for the dogs, Nashville Humane as our featured charity, and coffee & donuts. Presented by TBH Advisors. Free as always. Sign up at runntenn.com (link in bio).

❤️ Keep it free and give back:

RunnTenn - Stones River Greenway 5k

I heard more encouragement at this race from other participants than I've heard on course at a Spartan and as much as I've have done obstacle races, I'm more fulfilled that I chose to do this @runntenn community 5k and skipped my 10k Spartan this morning.

Cool morning, no rain and nothing but community and some of my run club friends coming together to do something we all enjoy. I wouldn't trade that ❤️

Big thanks to @john_hardin for putting RunnTenn together, the volunteers & a true sense of community. If you're local to the Nashville area, please check out upcoming/future RunnTenn events.

A whole WEEK of celebrating my boy Z!
We kicked off the 12th birthday with a few of our spooky squad friends at the family farm for a wicked tractor pull, a haunted hike, games and, of course, a campfire. The grandparents and a few of the parents crushed the scares for some of the best screams we’ve had yet!

Z also took over the bunkhouse this year for a late-night gaming sleepover. Unfortunately my midnight demogorgan scare didn’t quite go off like I’d hoped, but it sure caused some laughs!

Michi & Papi spent the whole week with us, which made the birthday week even more special. And, of course, we had to get some Cool Whip to the face at a Mexican restaurant on his actual birthday. 😂

Z was stoked about two big birthday surprises this year—a mountain bike and an air hockey table—but honestly, watching him have fun with the people he loves most was the best gift of all.

What a YEAR it has been for this kid. From our first family cruise to a night in New York City, to flying to Cali on his own, to trying new things like wrestling and lacrosse, he has continued to push himself, explore, grow and surprise me in so many ways.

This year hasn’t been without some challenging moments. He’s faced some health scares that have been hard on all of us and included his first ambulance ride to the hospital from school just one week before his birthday. Those moments have a way of putting everything into perspective and reminding me just how precious this kid—and every single day with him—is.

Z, you are sweet, sensitive, funny, adventurous, caring and SO loved. I’m so proud of the person you’re becoming and I can’t wait to see what this next year brings.

And somehow, this is the LAST birthday before I officially have a teenager. 😭 How is that even possible?!

Happy Birthday to my favorite guy. I hope 12 is your best year yet. 💙

TONIGHT IN LEBANON.

Three people you should hear in person:

Harvey Lewis has won Big’s Backyard twice. In 2023 he ran 108 hours and 450 miles.

Maggie Guterl was the first woman to win Big’s.

Greg Armstrong founded Run4Water in 2015, and every lap out here traces back to him.

It all closes tonight at the @run4waterultrafest with the Woven for Water premiere at 6:30. Winfree Bryant Middle School, 1213 Leeville Pike, Lebanon, TN. Tickets are on UltraSignup.

Come check it out.

Too Smooth to Quit.

Happy anniversary to Steph and John! And yes, he's noticed that Steph has rubbed elbows with an A-list celeb recently. No worries. He's cool with it

Stephanie's husband joins her on set to talk @horrornightsorl -- and may have mentioned that Steph is a total scaredy cat
