We did something pretty cool this morning ✨

Had the opportunity to perform “Lost Without You” on Good Morning Texas for Black Music Month alongside the amazing @johnaqua1056 on guitar!

Huge thank you to @peter.rabbit.jr for the opportunity, the preparation, and putting me in the room! And thank you to @wfaagmt for having us!

Moments like these remind me why I keep showing up, creating, and pushing forward! 🤞🏾✨

If you caught us this morning, thank you for watching! ❤️

this is what it’s supposed to feel like.

4 years ago when i started @restoringthefeeling, i had one goal in mind: put the artists first. i wanted to place a spotlight directly on what it is we had going on over here because it was too important to ignore. we deserved a platform where we could curate our own experience and put our art in front of new eyes and new ears. we deserved a platform where we could perfect our craft. we deserved a platform that champions our community, instead of treating it like a sideshow or an afterthought.

4 years later, I think it’s safe to say we did a great job. we held down the fort. tapped in. got outside. put our heads together. allat. it really ain’t sh*t you could tell me about this thing of ours.

I could say more, but I’m at a loss for words. who knew we’d make it this far?

shoutout the ones that’s been here from the jump and the ones we met along the way.

shoutout to every artist, designer, DJ and host that made this stage something to behold.

shoutout @xlimited_edition + @astroknotg for always holding me down. i would’ve lost my head without yall.

shoutout @ruinsdeepellum for opening their doors in the first place.

shoutout @realalialmighty @ninososupremey @vohnnykage @tonyrashadm @psomeoki @psokwama @grahammalice @devystonez @neaux.id @scuttinoo @sevenstillspinnin @nojowallace @92byc @blakecris_ @babysphinxx @johnaqua1056 @astrogiirl_ @th3_a6yss for helping us shut this sh*t down the way we started.

ngl this the most consistent thing i ever did in my life.

honestly, this don’t even feel like the end. we still got sh*t to do.

for now, i just want to say thank you. fr. 🤞🏾🖤
