🎉 Big news: for the first time, our Coalition has an office! We are thrilled to share that Cape Fear Housing Coalition is now a partner at The Harrelson Center, Wilmington’s nonprofit campus located in the heart of downtown.

This new space creates more opportunities for in-person meetings, events, and collaboration with other community partners.

We want to give a special shout out to Strong Roots Renovations and John Buechele for sponsoring our first few months. We cannot wait to grow into this space and live out our mission in new ways!

Rock The Day for United Way was such a beautiful experience to see so many of our community come together for a great cause. I love everything that Becky and John have done with this special charity concert and grateful to have documented this space necessary for healing!

We will be in the OBX sight fishing Cobia May 7-31. We’ll be targeting the Purdy days from Oregon inlet to Hatteras Village. Call to get on our List for a full day of chasing Cobia in the surface. 252-617-0024. All sight sight fishing! Old drums too. We have a 2 man tower on our 24 Pair DV ready for you to get up and see these fish and make the cast. Wow. Our hearts are so full after the First Annual Live Fearlessly Festival in honor of Jacob Venditti ✨
In just 30 days, this community came together and created a night we’ll never forget. One filled with love, laughter, music, and Jacob’s fearless spirit.

Last weekend, we were honored to host the Rock The Day for the United Way event at The Bend. 🎸

First of all, I’d like to thank everyone who showed up & donated. And extra special thanks to the sponsors! Together, around $32,000 was raised and that money is going directly back into our community! THANK YOU 🙏

I’d also like to thank all of the musicians, artists, volunteers, and staff for being the heart beat behind this event. You made this all happen!

Lastly, we’d like to thank @jesselaflair for your insane creativity and ability to capture the energy and love of this day in a 90 second clip. You are such a talent and we were lucky to have you!
