@intradacds presents the 25th Anniversary expanded edition of Danny Elfman, @johndebney , Gavin Greenaway, Heitor Pereira, @rodriguez, and Los Lobos’ score to the genre-defining classic Spy Kids. This expanded presentation comes from album producer Stéphane Humez with mastering from @mxm.animation. For the liner notes, Film.Music.Media’s @_kaya.savas_ sat down with writer, producer, director, editor and co-composer Robert Rodriguez for an extended conversation as Rodriguez looked through his old production journals. The timeline and events chronicled by Rodriguez himself were then used to tell the full story of how this unique score with so many talented composers came together. New and extensive quotes from Rodriguez are part of the liner notes along with a brand-new interview with co-composer John Debney. Debney details his side of the story so we get the full picture of how he brought everything together at the end to make the score a cohesive whole. The album is available as a 2-disc limited edition CD set from Intrada, and the liner notes are exclusive to this physical album. Be sure to grab your copy before it’s gone! intrada.com #spykids #robertrodriguez #johndebney #interview #soundtrack

What a magical release night for Haunts & Come Little Children. It happened to coincide with a Hocus Pocus Fan Event at the @elcapitanthtre. Such a honor meeting legends @kennyortegablog @johndebney & David Kirschner. After that, we + @vinessaofficial debuted the song live at the amazing @lastvideostorecomedy Halloween event and beheld some amazing ghoulish comedy & artistry. So perfect. 🖤
