Kicking off E&R’s wedding weekend at @longmeadowranch with a little California sunshine and a whole lot of color! 🍑 An afternoon of peach and coral dahlias, gingham accents, long tables set beneath the string lights, and all the warmth of a late-summer evening in Napa Valley. Guests gathered for dinner on the lawn before the celebrations opened up to friends and family for a lively welcome party, complete with signature cocktails, live music, and plenty of good food. Set against the vineyards of Yountville, E&R’s wedding day was designed to feel layered, warm and inviting, with shades of soft blue and greens, natural textures and thoughtful details throughout. The reception was built around the feeling of a living room brought outdoors: custom chandeliers and table lamps, patterned textiles and wallpapered accents, all beneath an ivory structure with softly draped fabric overhead. Long tables filled the space for dinner, surrounded by intimate seating moments and bars designed to feel more like permanent pieces of furniture. What a dream it was to work alongside the most incredible clients. More from this very special Napa weekend to come. 🤍 And a huge, huge thanks to our vendor team — Planning, Design & Production: @alison_events Floral & Design: @johnjamesdesigns Photography: @danforthneal of @forma_mgmt Venue: @theestateyountville Entertainment: @elanartists Hair & Makeup: @artistsbysherrielong Paper Design: @southernfriedpaper Production, Custom Builds, Fabrication: @hensleyeventresources Custom Pillows: Schumacher Fabric Lighting: @gotlightsf  Tabletop: @casadeperrin Rentals: @foundrentalco @theonicollection Live Painter: @joshuaspieker_ Cake: @flourandbloomcakes Photobooth: @mirmirphoto Wedding Detailer: @theweddingdetailor Wedding Dress: @jinwangbride @weilufresolone_atelier Transportation: @pure_luxury_transportation

https://www.iamevgenia.com 2016. We had just moved to Nicasio the year prior after almost 10 years in San Francisco and I was still plugging along with Evgenia even with the enormous upheaval of city-to-country life. Leaving the Fashion Incubator felt like it would be the death of my business, but it turned out to just be the beginning. My studio was in what is now my daughter's bedroom and I was constantly doing trunk shows and events all over the Bay Area and shooting TWO COLLECTIONS a year like a crazy person - These days you're lucky if you get a new range from me once every two years (it's usually 3 now). In 2016, @kellypuleio and I shot three ranges: Floralia, Janus Classics, and Rebelle. I don't know where I got the energy. I started hosting events in my unfinished shop space with local artists and friends, setting the stage for what would become a very normal part of Evgenia. I did one big trip to New York to see friends and do desksides... I lugged a garment bag all over the city and met with editors and buyers, laying corsets and bras out in coffee shops or in offices, always hoping for the big editorial break that would send Evgenia into the stratosphere. As many longtime indies would probably confirm, it took me years to realize that my efforts were better spent focusing inward on my brand. At the end of the year I was pregnant with my daughter, and then everything changed in a totally different way! 🤍 Shop through the link in profile.
