In the dress I met @__annettek__ in age 18 or so.

The original owner was Dolly, the wife of the town’s African-American doctor. She owned clothes from the forties onward, and many of her fifties clothes were purchased in two sizes.

I took a few of her cold rayon dresses. Dolly's collection of 1940s platforms was unrivaled-- bouillon butterflies, ankle straps, platforms, jewel hues. Some were from Peacock Bootery in New York City.

How someone had my body shape and size six and a half feet I’ll never know! Also, if anyone has any information on how department stores in New York City treated differently colored people, I'd really like to know.

Refreshed. Listening and partaking in a trial run for an immersive presentation and workshop that combines music theory, breath and body positioning and how physiological disinformation campaigns affect the psyche.

There is so much to learn and so many incredibly knowledgeable experts in our midst that now have a platform to share their perspective and skills.
