Minnesota | 2010-2026

I’ll miss this place more than I ever expected. It’s strange - when you live somewhere for half your life, the walls stop being just walls. They become witnesses. They saw me grow up, fall apart, rebuild myself, and somehow come out the other side with a little more grit, and a little more softness.

Friendships were born here, some loud and chaotic, some quiet and steady. I can still picture late‑night conversations, the kind where I swore the world felt bigger and smaller at the same time. I learned how to trust people here. I learned how to lose people here. And I learned how to keep the right ones close.

This home held every version of me: the kid with the tragic bowl cut, the teen who fought himself through grief and found a more authentic resilience, and the person I am now - still evolving, still learning.

It sheltered me through heartbreaks, through victories, through the quiet seasons where nothing seemed to change and the chaotic ones where everything changed at once. Every hardship I faced here carved out something in me.

Leaving feels like closing a chapter I’ve been writing my whole life. But it also feels like honoring it. This home shaped me. It held me. It challenged me. And now it’s letting me go.

I’m grateful for every memory - every friend who walked through the door, every moment that made me who I am, every version of myself that lived here and tried their best. And as I move forward, I carry all of it with me. Not the house itself, but the life I built inside it.
