“To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord..” 💔 My heart is so sad. Dearest friend John… You would always remind us to live in the moment, enjoy a sunset, a stupid processed bratwurst lol, laughs, guitar melodies. We will finish our songs in heaven… No one can fill your shoes. We all miss you so much. 🎸

Had a blast catching up with a bunch of "young" @gustavusalumni friends from @gustavusadolphuscollege as @nilslandsberg was in town visiting from Kansas City.

#funkindatrunkfridays for little over a year now. It’s been a great place for playing/making beats, scratching, collaborating and learning from peers. Thanks to all the friends who been coming and bringing the heat with their own personal creativity. I look forward to what we can do and the memories we can make, more random livestreams to come 🙌🏻

Hello there!! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcystore . We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the perfect fit to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – completely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcystore (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

Really great time helping @bonesawcyclingcollective exceed their goal of 100 riders tonight on their grand finale of the season. We had a strong Northfield contingent, and I got to ride with my brother! This Bonesaw crew is DIALED - the ride leaders kept a huge group moving through the city safely and courteously, and they were prepared for anything. It was impressive and a real good time. Thanks for hosting us and taking excellent care of your 113 riders!

Had a chill relaxing day with the fam celebratin’ Father’s Day. Then, my bruv John called, told me to meet him at his place with my Fartbike. We played hard at Theodore Wirth and had some good catch up hang times. Can’t beat good people and good family!

Recently got back from a mountain biking trip through North Dakota with some close friends. Absolutely blown away by how beautiful this place was 🌅⛰🚵‍♂️ Who else has been there before?
Excited to be back in the studio working on some tunes 🌀💖

Global Fatbike Day yesterday started out with an early start with a pair of rides along the Minnesota River hosted by @michaelscyclesmn and @angrycatfish. The first was a fun taste of the Louisville Swamp area, but ended being temporarily trapped at the trailhead by a stationary train. The second featured appearances by @johnnyapolis and @beersafterbiking. We made our way along the river bottoms trail to @northerncoffeeworks coffee, but alas, we were too late to partake of Baker’s Wife donuts.

Global Fart Bike Day.

Went on a last minute ride to the river bottoms with my buds. @johnnyapolis and his bro @michaellehmkuhl sorted their @salsa fartbikes and boy did they made the trail look good with those bikes. Also saw @therealbobnicholas and @compared.to.what there. Such a good day!

Perfect night for a ride! I upgraded my brothers, @damangsa , bike. Rides like a dream! @johnnyapolis and I hit Mammoth and it was amazing unti John tried this huge feature and ate it big. Poor guy! Gotta give it to him, he had the guts to try it. He dusted off and we headed home, what a champ.
