Happy 35th Birthday to our first born and last to round out the family birthday season! I'm a day late posting, and she's probably a day late checking, as she spent her birthday doing volunteer work, which is way cool. Chelsea, I hope you will get to kick your feet up and reflect on the amazing life you have worked hard to create. I love you and am so proud of you. Cheers!

Y'ALLLLLL!!! What an incredible day! Today was another dream actualized thanks to Paradies-Lagardere and Tampa International Airport. Shells and Spurs, our new coastal-western concept, is officially open for business in Concourse C (Southwest) at TPA. John and I are so grateful for this new venture! Come see us when you fly through!

@johnnyb2u couldn't be here, but don't feel too sorry for him...he's being a rock star playing in his hometown tonight at a sold out show! Break a leg!!!

I had the honor of jangling and singing on the new EP from Micky Dolenz, TIMELESS, which is out now!! It features some incredible songwriters and is produced by Sam Hollander, Pete Donnelly, and John Hughes. Check it out! And if you’re in LA, come on down to our show on 9/12 at the United Theater!!

For those new to my personal account I originally posted this on @monkee_muppet

Hi! I’m Caitlin 👋 I’m 24 ( I’ll be 25 when @micky_dolenz is in town), from Adelaide, South Australia 🇦🇺, autistic, an aspiring singer, and a huge Monkees fan. Since the age of 13❤️🎶

Funny enough, I used to get called “Davy” as a teenager because I rode horses, dreamed of becoming a singer, and had a slight habit of falling for the opposite gender. 🙈😂

My journey hasn’t always been easy. I experienced severe bullying at school, abuse, family difficulties, discrimination because of my autism, and eventually left school to focus on my mental health after being rejected from several performing arts programs. I later joined a choir, but after being excluded from opportunities because of so-called “behaviour issues” related to my autism, I challenged the discrimination and won my case.

I’ve also been navigating an eating disorder connected to my autism, but I’m slowly making progress. 💛

Through everything, music has been one of the things that kept me going. The Monkees are much more than just a band to me—they’re four ridiculously talented, wonderfully silly guys whose music brought me comfort when I needed it most.

If I could say one thing to Micky, Mike, Peter and Davy, it would simply be: thank you. Thank you for making my teenage years more bearable, inspiring me to keep chasing my dreams even when they feel impossible, and being part of the soundtrack to my life. 🥹❤️

And yes… Pool It! is my favourite Monkees album. 💿🐒

Here’s to chasing the dream of becoming a singer. 🎤✨

I’m seeing Micky live in May (meet n greet) 🎫

And to the Monkees/Dolenz band can’t wait to see you all rock out here in my home town 😊✌🏻
