Confidence does not come from everything being easy.

It comes from doing hard things enough times that they stop feeling impossible. One rep, one practice, one match at a time.

Confidence is built, not handed out.

It comes from doing hard things often enough that they stop feeling impossible.

One good rep. One better practice. One match where a wrestler keeps fighting even when they are tired.

That is how confidence grows. Not from pretending everything is easy, but from proving they can keep working when it is not.
