Getting to do events I love will always be cool.
But watching our people step into events and push past limits they didn’t think were possible a year ago is way cooler.

Big takeaway from the weekend
After watching members compete, my parents signed up for ATHX in Amsterdam.

That’s the impact.
Cup is well and truly full.

2025 It’s been a hell of a ride this year.
From best mates weddings, family holidays, a few memorable stag dos, competitions with members, Maria and Yas and connecting with some incredible people along the way.
Those moments reminded me that life is built in shared experiences.
Professionally, this year stretched me in ways I didn’t know I needed.
I upgraded skills that made me a better leader, not just a better coach.
Building a new gym showed Sam and I how much support we have from family, friends and members.
We stepped into a new gym facility, grew the CTPT team by welcoming two new coaches and raised the standard across the board.
New goals brought new responsibility and clearer focus.
What I’m most proud of is the ability to positively impact more people than ever before.
Grateful for my family, Yas, my friends and a team that shows up and believes in the vision.
Onward, with intent.
2026. Raising the standard. Impacting more lives through CTPT. WE MOVE

The last 3 months have been an incredible journey. When we take a look back at this journey so far, we’ve made memories we’ll never forget and created something we once could only dream of.

CTPT’s future is brighter than ever. This next step allows us to push forward, reach more people, and continue changing lives.

None of this would have been possible without the team beside us. Countless late nights, early mornings and shared sacrifices made this possible. This week has been my favourite as a business owner. Every coaching hour and every conversation has filled me with pride. And this is only the beginning.

Here’s to finishing the year strong.
We move together.

🚀 Week 11 Update – We’re nearly there!

Just one week until CTPT 2.0 opens its doors and the finishing touches are flying in.

✔️ Outside painted and looking sharp
✔️ Doors refreshed
✔️ New rigs, pulley systems & sled track in place
✔️ Showers & toilets complete
✔️ Kitchen ready
✔️ Lighting + TV brackets installed

There’s still a lot to do, but it’s all coming together — and it’s going to be worth the wait.

👀 Next Sunday, we’ll be showing you the final project… and then it’s time to open the doors.

🔥 CTPT 2.0 → 23rd August.
