/ VKTRY insoles are one of those tools that look impressive on the media, but the real question is how they actually transfer to performance. A stiffer carbon fiber insole can change how force is expressed into the ground. For some athletes, especially the ones who already have good stiffness and can handle higher loading rates, you might see small improvements in jump strategy or force output. But that’s not universal. I’ve also seen athletes lose fluidity, especially laterally, where movement requires more adaptability, not just stiffness. From a force plate perspective, the changes aren’t always as clear as the marketing suggests. You don’t consistently see meaningful improvements in jump height, RFD, or overall impulse. In some cases, outputs stay the same, and in others, coordination actually becomes the limiting factor. That’s the part most people miss. Performance isn’t just about adding stiffness. It’s about how well an athlete can absorb, organize, and reapply force in the right direction at the right time. Real performance comes from better positions, better timing, and better force expression from the ground up. #strengthandconditioning #precisionperformance #athletedevelopment #sportsperformance #movementquality
