You may think - my coffee is fine, I don’t need anything else… but you’d be wrong. The @comospeziale syrup upgrade is real ☕️☕️☕️

Here’s to 35✨

Coming off of quite a year of loss and pain—I don’t want to overlook how much love and joy I have also experienced. Being human, we are not exempt from suffering, but we do have the choice as to where we put our attention. Even amongst the darkest of times, there will always be a light. The more we focus on the light, the more that light will grow. I have admittedly slipped into focusing too much on the dark, and I watched that expand. It showed up as depression, anxiety, lack of energy or interests, lack of spending time with friends or family, body aches and pain, too exhausted during the day and too wired at night. I have recently made the conscious choice that the quality of my life is up to me and where I place my thoughts. Once I can get those mastered and in order—the rest of the quality of my life with follow suit. I am hopeful and open that the best is yet to come. Thank you for my earth angels in this life who have kept me afloat with their love and support even during my toughest times. I will spend the rest of my life returning the favor. Keep your heart open to as much as possible, my friends. Don’t close up and let the dark win. Experiencing love in this life with as many things as possible is the greatest gift we’re given.

“The one who’s in love always wins. It doesn’t matter if you get your heart broken. When you’re feeling, you’re alive. The sun doesn’t care whether the grass appreciates its rays. It just keeps on shining.”
