To the teachers who have inspired me: I offer my deepest gratitude to the beautiful souls who have illuminated my path, dispelling the darkness of ignorance with the light of wisdom. Through creation, sustenance, and dissolution, I bow with humility before you. May I honour your teachings through my thoughts, my actions, and the way I live each day. 🙏

Tuesday at Blooming Lotus ✨

9:00 AM class is canceled today unfortunately I have hit a little bump in the road with my knee and I have a doctors appointment this morning. Hoping it’s nothing serious and just another little part of this healing journey.
Don’t miss out on your yoga today join John at
5:30 PM for his Mindful Flow class.

If you've been meaning to take one of his classes, this is the perfect opportunity. John has such a calming, grounded presence and a beautiful way of guiding students through their practice. Every class leaves you feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply connected. I always say his classes are like going to church on a Sunday morning—they nourish the soul. I truly miss being able to take them myself, and I know you'll leave feeling grounded, inspired and cared for.🙏🏼

As we move into the next couple of months, life tends to get a little busier — full of gatherings, holidays, and to-do lists. 🍂✨
At Blooming Lotus Yoga & Wellness, we want to help you keep a sense of peace and calm from within during this season. 💜

Over the next few months, all of our amazing teachers will be taking turns leading donation-based/community classes on Sunday evenings.
You can give a little, give a lot, or give nothing at all — just come, breathe, and take time for you. 🌸

Donations received will be combined with those from our Small Business Saturday Pop-Up Market and given to local charities, shelters, and rescues — a way for us all to give back to the community that gives so much. 🕊️

🪷 Our first class kicks off this Sunday at 4 PM
✨ Yin & Restorative Yoga with Karen

Take time for yourself — slow down, soften, and reconnect. We can’t wait to see you on the mat. 💫
