Equilibrium 2026 — Descriptive Narrative
I am a Community Health Worker and Chef devoted to healing that honors the whole human experience — mind, body, spirit, creativity, and lived reality. My work centers on guiding people back into balance through Human Design, trauma-informed education, and embodied practices that recon⁸⁸nIect you to your truth.
Through this experience, I speak on healing yourself by understanding your unique Human Design and how informed trauma lives, moves, and releases within the body. Healing is not just intellectual — it is felt, expressed, and integrated.
I facilitate ecstatic dance meditation, not simply as movement, but as a practice of liberation. I explain the purpose, the science, and the spiritual grounding of ecstatic dance so participants understand why the body moves the way it does and how movement becomes medicine.
Participants are guided into self-expression through creative integration, including painting and vision-board creation, allowing each person to visually tell the story of their experience during the sessions. This process supports reflection, clarity, and personal meaning.
Equilibrium 2026 is designed to help you develop your Pivotal Shift — the moment where healing, identity, creativity, and purpose align. Whether you are navigating life transitions, building a business, creating art, or redefining who you are becoming, this space reminds you that you control the narrative of your success.
This is not performance. This is practice. This is embodiment. This is equilibrium.

Step into the new realm of healing yourself with Community Health Worker Akilah J Brown . Come learn about the stellargateway chakra.
The next chakra after the Soul Star chakra is generally considered to be the Stellar Gateway chakra. The term "Soul Style" is not a standard chakra name but likely a misinterpretation of "Soul Star".
The Soul Star chakra (also the 8th chakra) is located a few inches to a foot or two above the crown of the head and connects you to your soul's purpose and divine wisdom.
The Stellar Gateway chakra (the 9th chakra in some systems) is located even further above the head and acts as a "cosmic doorway" connecting you to galactic consciousness, divine will, and the universal .
