If you’ve spent your life putting everyone else first, hear this: You deserve to be happy — and that doesn’t make you selfish.

Ask yourself today: 🌱 What do I need to release from this past week? 🌱 What am I proud of myself for doing (big or small)? 🌱 What can I give myself permission to do this week that feels nourishing? Self-care isn’t about perfection or routines that look a certain way it’s about choosing you again and again. So celebrate the little things. Honor your wins. And set the tone for a week that feels aligned with the life you’re creating.

Self-Care Sunday Check-In 💫 Let’s pause and check in, not out of pressure, but out of love. How are you really doing? Not the version you think you should be, but the one quietly whispering, “I’m tired.”, “I’m trying.”, or even “I don’t know what I need right now.” I’ll be honest... I have to schedule my self-care.🗓️ I set reminders because this still isn’t second nature for me… yet. But that’s okay. This is where I am learning to show up for myself on purpose, even when it doesn’t come automatically. And if that’s where you are too? You’re not behind. You’re building a new way of being. ✨ What do you need more of this week? ✨ What would it look like to check in with love, not judgment? Drop a word, a reflection below, or just let this be a reminder that taking care of you is never too much. 🧡

75 straight days… No days off… There’s a reason they call it HARD. It wasn’t easy and it isn’t meant to be easy! You have to commit to the following: •(2) 45 minute workouts daily —One has to be outside regardless of the weather! •(1) Gallon of water per day •Progress Pics daily •Maintain a healthy diet - NO ALCOHOL •Read 10 pages of Non-Fiction every day This is extremely boring and monotonous. That’s the point. It isn’t meant to be rainbows and unicorns. You must test your willingness to persevere. Your ability to commit and not give up. For me it took a village. My wife had to pivot for my diet. I had a support system/team to rely on. There were days on vacation that required extra attention to planning my day. More than anything I learned that I-M-Possible!! If I decide I want to do it, I will. You know what you have to do. You are choosing not to do it. Even though you know that deep down inside the choice would change your life and the lives of those who love you forever. If you have transformation on your mind, if you are at a point where you just can’t do it anymore. I’ve been there and want to be there for you! DM me and let’s have a conversation about the future you see for your life. Choose your hard. Have a great day! Wellness means many things when it comes to our mind, body, and soul. The common thread is that wellness cannot be achieved in one fleeting moment. True wellness takes a slow and steady commitment to practicing routines that make you whole and fill the void in your life. Mind wellness, or Mindfulness; can be achieved by taking the time to keep a journal. Writing down your thoughts or gratitude on a daily basis. Reading books and listening to podcasts. Body wellness can be achieved through physical activity. It must be consistent and intentional. It doesn’t require expensive equipment, a gym membership or a personal trainer (it could if you can afford those items). If you move your body every day, you will notice a difference in time. Wellness for your soul is different for everyone. What isn’t different for everyone is the need to make it a daily activity of connecting to what it is that helps you achieve that wellness. When we make the commitment to these activities and to ourselves; everything around us in life changes. Make a commitment to yourself today. Start Small. Think BIG! If you’d like some suggestions or guidance to get started on your journey; come be a part of mine. Together we can help you achieve what it is you desire. Have a great Day! Which person are you? List maker? Goal setter in your head? If you aren’t sharing your goals, then you aren’t creating accountability in life. You are merely dreaming of things you could do. If you truly want to accomplish a goal; something difficult. Then you must write it down. Repeatedly. You must share it with others; maybe a select few. It must be in the world so you can hold yourself accountable. Soooo many times in my life I have talked about achievement and goal setting and kept it in my head. Soooo many times I have made lists of goals I want to achieve; ONCE. You know what happens to those lists? They get thrown away. By publicly committing you set accountability in the universes hands. By writing it down in a journal, repeatedly you are reinforcing it in your mind and in your heart. You are connecting yourself to it spiritually. So today I am publicly setting the start date for my 75 Hard Challenge. Monday May 13, 2024 if Day 1. My friends @brandondecremer and @monsieur.groulx are welcoming you to our journey. Join Us! 75 Days •One Gallon of Water •10 Pages of Non-Fiction reading (no audio) •(2) 45 Minute Workouts - One Must be Outside •Follow a Diet (NO Cheat Meals!) •Post and Share Progress pics If you have ever wanted to do this, ever considered changing your life, don’t have friends who are willing or won’t hold you accountable? JOIN US! We will! Control the Change You can Make in Life LFG!!! Have a great day! 75 Hard Mentally committing to change in a way you may have never done before. Doing things you don’t want to do when you know they must be done. Potentially working out in the rain. Getting up super early after you had a late night. The list goes on… Physically committing to changing your body and how it looks. Performing activities you might not have done in over 20 years. That’s me. I haven’t “lifted weights” since I exited active duty in 2001. This will be a challenge for sure. Reading instead of listening. Dedicating time to challenge my mind and brain. Growing in life and my occupation. Drinking a gallon of water a day is something I already do. Not easy but I know the benefits that water brings to my mind and body. Sharing progress pics might be the hardest cause I am a little shy there. I know the before and after will help somebody. At the end of it all…LETS F*CKING GOOOO!!!! I would love it if you would join us! Battle buddies! We will help you get there. We got your back! #75dayhardchallenge #75hard #changeyourlife #read #drinkwater #workout #challenge #progresspics #accountability #accountabilitypartner #mindset #doitforyourself #accountabilitycoach #growth #personalgrowthanddevelopment #whoareyou #lfg #diet #nocheatmeals #mentalhealth #physicalhealth #veteran #military #unitedstatesairforce #usaf #chairforce #smarternotharder #corevalues
