Our retired client loved the charm and natural light of her Cary townhome, but the kitchen no longer reflected the way she lived or entertained. Team CCID reimagined the space by removing structural columns to create a more open floor plan, introducing custom two-toned cabinetry, expanding storage, and creating a kitchen where form and function work in perfect harmony.

This project was also featured on the HBA Spring Home Tour, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the transformation firsthand.

This open-concept living area was part of a large-scale home renovation that included a complete kitchen remodel, a fully redesigned primary suite, and updated flooring throughout. Grounded in warm tones and natural materials, the design embraced organic textures and an earthy palette long before they became defining trends in today’s interiors.

Our client, a busy businessman, envisioned a home on a North Raleigh golf course that would offer a sense of respite at the end of each day. In response, the CCID Design Team crafted a retreat layered with comfort and quiet luxury. The result is an inviting residence that feels just as relevant today as it did when it was first designed.
