Back from Funnelcraft Live today and it’s not just about the fab line up of speakers, it’s the conversations in between. Meeting people from completely different walks of life, all building, learning, figuring things out in their own way. Some really good, honest chats. The kind that make you pause, think and leave with a slightly different perspective. A reminder that sometimes the most valuable part of these spaces… is the people you meet along the way 🤍

Still on such a high after an incredible few days at #AmplifyLIVE in #CrokePark🙌🏼 A huge shoutout to the powerhouse that is @sarahgrayofficial for putting together such an inspiring event - what an atmosphere with next level energy and insights. Particular highlights for me were hearing from Lynn E. Kitchen, who travelled all the way to Florida to speak about building wealth like a billionaire - yes billionaire! We shy away so much from speaking about money in Ireland, so this was super! And the amazing @jamiewhite who’s simple but powerful perspective shift of, “if your business was a person, what would it say about you?” has been living in my head rent free all week! Beyond the speakers, one of the best parts of the event was meeting so many incredible like minded people. Special shoutout to @gracespicervirtualassistant @kelly_caolan @emmanottagelifecoach @johnvdenley your stories, energy and (very) late night conversations made it so memorable 🫶🏼 P.S Croke Park is just as beautiful empty as it is during a concert 😍 #AmplifyLIVE #CrokePark #networking

Your mind is like a Rubik’s Cube… Over the weekend my friend John came over and showed us his freedom cube. This is how he helps people with depression manage the stress and chaos of everyday life without relying on drugs or pills. The way he explained it is when we’re kids we’re perfect like a brand new cube. Then, our parents start teaching us a bunch of rules about how the world works. Then, our teachers teach us a whole bunch of other rules. Then, we make friends and our friends teach us different rules they learned from their parents. Then, our culture teaches even more things. And eventually our life looks like a cube after you’ve twisted it around a few times. So, you start trying to fix it but end up making it even worse and you wonder how the heck will you ever put it back together again. This is how depression and suicidal sets in… But, if you’re able to come to someone who knows how to put the cub back together, they can help you learn how to put everything back together again. I want to post this for anybody that’s going through a hard time right now that seems impossible to get out of. YOU CAN PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER!! You just need to learn how and believe that it’s possible. Keep living and keep trying. Just because your “cube” is all messed up doesn’t mean you need to throw it away. If you need help reach out to anytime. Also, @johnvdenley is actually looking to help some people for FREE. So reach out to him as well. I love you and don’t give up.
