From constant back pain to literally pain-free… I can’t even explain the difference 🥹✨

I didn’t realize how much I was pushing through daily discomfort until I wasn’t anymore.
Consistency, real care, and people who actually know what they’re doing = results.

So grateful to have won the April giveaway 💙 but honestly, the real win is how my body feels now.

Even my husband was scared of adjustments at first… now he’s signed up too 😭😂

If you’ve been thinking about it, I highly recommend the Doral office! Thank you Bri and Dr. Mik for always being so amazing! @joinlapop ✨

2025 didn’t hold back, specially when that pinched nerve hit. 😮‍💨

But what felt like a setback turned into a setup for healing. I started visiting @joinlapop Chiropractic, and the difference has been night and day. Today, I got my last adjustment of the year and I’m walking into 2026 feeling stronger, clearer, and more aligned than ever.

More than just physical, this year reminded me how much my body, mind, and spirit are connected. That taking care of my health isn’t optional….it’s stewardship.

In 2026, I’m keeping the priorities straight:
God first. Then my family. Then the work. And yes my health stays on the calendar.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3

Let’s go.

This year’s Back to School Backpack Event at Doral Central Park brought together families, local organizations, and leaders to support students as they gear up for a new school year.

From school supplies to face painting, food vendors, and live music, the event was a true celebration of unity, joy, and preparation.

Doral Family Journal was proud to not only cover the event, but also serve as one of its sponsors, joining efforts to make this day possible for our community.

Special thanks to Mayor Christi Fraga, School Board Member Danny Espino, Councilman Rafael Pineyro, and Councilwoman Nicole Reinoso for their dedication to Doral’s families and students.

We’re honored to be part of a city that shows up for its people.
