Men deserve to die old.

Not burned out.
Not silently struggling.
Not carrying so much that it breaks them from the inside out.

And as Mental Health Awareness Month begins, we have to acknowledge the truth.

Too many men are leading, providing, and showing up for everyone else while neglecting themselves.

Especially in spiritual spaces… we pour until we’re empty.

We pray, we serve, we lead but ignore the warning signs within.

You can be called, anointed, and still need support.

We have to play a part in our own rescue.
That means prioritizing our well-being.
Our mental health.
Our rest.

Because you can’t lead well if you’re not well and that goes for leading a family, a ministry, a team, yourself etc…

Fellas, stop ignoring what you think people don’t care about.

Your mental health matters. Your life matters.
