Matthew 13:47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Chicago is still living in my legs.

Four days ago I crossed my third Chicago Marathon finish line, and I haven’t stopped thinking about the people who made that day what it was. The cheers. The cowbells. The strangers screaming my name like we’d known each other for years.

This Sunday, exactly one week after the race, my Chicago Marathon recap episode of At Your Own Pace goes live. And it’s not just my story. I grabbed interviews at the expo before the marathon and caught runners right after they finished, and they’re sharing their experiences in their own words.

Thank you @kayla_arnot, @savannah313, and @joiruns for letting me be part of your day. These aren’t the only stories in the episode!

If you ran it, cheered it, or watched it from your couch, this episode is for you. See you Sunday.

Follow for more running that makes room for everyone.

Run your race, at your own pace.

Wednesday mornings are for the work.

Another strong AM track session with the GFTC family, but this one came with a little extra love as we sent off our people heading into race weekend! 🏁

Big energy and good luck to @joiruns & @tradellhawk as they head to Chicago for the Chicago Marathon and to everyone lining up for the Staten Island Half this weekend. The work is done now it’s time to trust the training and FULL SEND.

What a historic event! I honestly wish I could relive the moment all over again. I can’t wait until next year!

The energy from the community was on another level. Seeing all of our hard work, dedication, and months of preparation come to life was truly amazing.

I’m beyond grateful and proud of my team, DRC, and the entire running community. ❤️🏃🏽‍♂️

This was more than just a race it was a celebration of community, unity, and what we can accomplish when we come together.

Until next year! 🙌🏽🔥ALL ROADS LEAD TO DYCKMAN

Honored to be part of an incredible nonprofit organization, @dyckmanrunclub, that works tirelessly every day to give back to our community. ❤️

Saturday was one of those moments where you take a step back, reflect, and truly thank God for allowing you to do what you love. After months of hard work, preparation, and countless hours behind the scenes, seeing it all come together made the moment that much more meaningful. ✨

Dyckman Run Club has been a huge part of my life for the last seven years. What started as an idea and a dream has grown into a movement that continues to inspire, motivate, and create opportunities for our community!

This year made it even more meaningful with the launch of the first-ever DRC Scholarship Fund and the opportunity to recognize our inaugural scholars. Being able to invest in the next generation and create opportunities beyond the finish line is a reminder of why we do this. 🎓❤️

To have our work recognized by the New York State Executive Chamber, on behalf of Governor Kathy Hochul’s Office, @govkathyhochul was incredibly humbling. This recognition represents the dedication of our entire DRC team, our volunteers, our runners, our scholars, our partners, and everyone who continues to believe in what we’re building.

Seven years in. Still serving. Still working with my team. Still running for our community. 🏃🏼‍♀️❤️

7 YEARS. THE BIGGEST DYCKMAN 5K YET. 🏁🔥

Seven years of running. Seven years of community. Seven years of showing what happens when we move together.

Saturday was unforgettable. ❤️

To every ambassador, runner, walker, volunteer, family member, entertainment, supporter and DRC community member who showed up — THANK YOU. You made our 7th Anniversary Dyckman 5K our largest race ever.

🎓 Celebrating our inaugural Dyckman Scholarship recipients reminded us why we do this — investing in the next generation and creating opportunities beyond the finish line.

🏆 Congratulations to our 1st-place finishers and everyone who pushed themselves across that finish line.

❤️ To our sponsors and community partners, thank you for believing in our mission and investing in Uptown.

🏛️ To our elected officials and community leaders, thank you for standing with us and celebrating this milestone.

And a moment we’ll never forget: DRC Management received a Certificate of Recognition from Governor Kathy Hochul’s Office honoring the work we continue to do for our community. 🙏

To our DRC leadership team, captains, volunteers and entire DRC family — this belongs to all of us! ✨

Seven years later, we’re still running.
Still building.
Still giving back.
Still moving.
Bigger and better.
Humbled and grateful.
