It’s been a very busy period lately, between shooting, editing and trying to get a house built. Thanks to all involved and who make it happen.
Now off to Chamonix and UTMB for a few days.

Girona, I’m going to miss you. 💛
I arrived four years ago, and these have truly been some of the best years of my life. There were ups and downs, but every moment helped shape me and helped me grow. I met incredible people and built friendships I’ll always treasure.

A new chapter is about to begin. It’s not a goodbye, I am only slowly transitioning.
Girona and all my friends here, you’ll always have a place in my heart. 💫

One of my favourite weeks of 2025 so far 💚

Started the week in Corfu, enjoying the sunshine, sea and amazing Greek food! Ended the week winning the @ukekiden corporate race with the amazing @uaracingcollective team, meeting one of my idols and celebrating again with delicious food 🥕

The electric atmosphere, racing with fellow passionate runners, and overcoming the heat and humidity made it unforgettable!

My 5.4km leg from Sonnig to King’s Meadow was grassy and contained a surprise set of stairs 😅 but I absolutely loved it

UARC: UK EKIDEN CORPORATE CHALLENGE WINNERS 🐅🇯🇵

Yesterday, @uaracingcollective, the racing team of @unsanctioned.athletics, took on the second edition of the @ukekiden corporate challenge & secured a dominant victory, winning by a whole leg.

A 114km 10 leg relay from Windsor to Reading & back, the UK Ekiden is a bridge between cultures, offering participants a chance to engage with a beloved Japanese tradition.

Our athletes rose to the challenge yesterday in sweltering conditions & under the burning sun, racing hard to come home in first place in the corporate challenge, whilst also finishing fifth overall alongside some of Japan & the UK’s top universities athletics teams.

Representing our long term, day one partners @maurten_official in this race under the moniker ‘Hi Seiki Maurten’ was a honour, we want to thank them for the opportunity to do so, & for continuing to keep our athletes fuelled.

We also want to thank @newbalancerunning, for kitting our athletes out in head to toe kit, with a bespoke design from @georgehowardcreative, as well as race shoes to take on the terrain underfoot, including the SC Elite v4, the SC Pacer & the Hierro v9 - valuable support to our team for this event, & future races as well.

Our friends at @stubbleandco also supported the team with their luggage needs for this race, for which we owe another thank you.

Finally, to our athletes that raced on the day, we couldn’t be prouder, well done to: @_steve_kerfoot, @molly_uren, @senditshaun, @milliemyerss_, @scarlettenright, @wannable_runs, @beamunro_, @harrispagett, @samuel_moakes & @run.dakin.

As a race team, & race organisers, it was brilliant to participate in the second running of this event, that we hope to see continue to grow in the coming years, as something new & inspiring to our shores, that has a 100 year plus history in Japan, which has the power to help redefine the scene & create a fevered culture of support & excitement around our sport & the young athletes that represent it’s future.
