Cairo-based digital archive Colossus Vault is hosting the third edition of its audiovisual experimental night, ‘Memory Slot 03’ taking place at Raad Records on September 24. Built around the archive’s interest in altered audio, manipulated frequencies, fractured sonic structures, and unconventional media, the series documents ambience, distortion, decay, and signal disruption while exploring how these elements reshape the way sound and visuals are experienced. The Vault brings together experimental live performances from Yung Diablo and Zxrich, alongside left-field sounds from Sn0tbox, Azzouni, Badrom, Castell Lanko, Jomania, and Glixkix. The auditory experience will be accompanied by a visual log from Salamony and Jasszz, a live PS EyeToy camera feed, and merchandise by Everything Weirdo.
