The beautiful and courageous women who came together in sisterhood and ceremony on Saturday. Embracing the dark feminine. Their wild woman awakening. It was pure magic. Powerful transformation. This medicine is ancient, holy and sacred.

It is a privilege to guide you through this process. This ceremony was birthed through the divine, from my soul bones, from my guides.

I am still vibrating from the powerful screams of these women. Screams heard by the great Mother, you called to her and she is working within you. The wind howling along with us. This was sacred.

I love you all!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!
You all hold a very special place in my heart. Thank you for supporting me, trusting me and allowing me to live my wildest dreams.

I love this picture of my father, we were making our way to Albany to drop @superjohaa off at school, the car broke down on the I-87 and this was his mood. Picked up some flowers and put them in his pocket. Love and miss you daddy 😢♥️

I may be at a bumpy part of my journey but my cup runneth over with true love 🤍 A Saturday for sisterhood.

Got together with some of the members of my community @msco.mmunity for a #HealingHangout, a sensual flow dance class led by the incomparable @meliiiiimel ❤️‍🔥 To be moving our bodies intentionally, sensually, and releasing energy in the company of women who we’re all authentically ourselves with each week…next level pleasure and joy during a time when we all need it most.

Not to mention right before the energetic new year on Tuesday! Perfection.

We obviously didn’t wanna leave each other, so we toasted tacos and margs at @tacombi (one of my fave joints in NYC), and gabbed and dreamed about the future.

The cherry on top was my bestie @workwithsnp popping up on me to give me a hug before going back home to Florida. Love you!

Mind is full, but heart is fuller. And for that I am so grateful.

P.S. Get into the bouquet my girls gifted me by @calmlyblooming! Someone literally stopped me on the train about them. They’re brightening up my home as we speak. 🌼

Sister, sister, sister, sister, sister, sister

Yeah, there’s a lot of us. This is probably the only pic where you can find us all in one.

The second pic is SO US!
