Hog Hill a few weeks back! Not the greatest prep to the run-in for the squad, punctures & mechanical galore. A crash early on sidelined another rider too. But Deelan came through for third on the day after some hectic racing, at perhaps, the toughest course in the country. Gaurav also nabbed a top 10 at the first time of asking after a few years in the racing wilderness. The lads go again tonight to right some wrongs. Great shots from @aleemzphotography @wansteadwheeler @ohhleeverr #gappedraceteam

Not a nice feeling when you're the one getting dropped and all you can do is shout, "Come back!" We have all been there at some point. The good news? The rides that hurt the most are usually the ones that make you stronger. Keep turning the pedals, keep showing up, and one day you'll be the one disappearing up the road. #CyclingLife #CyclistProblems #RideOn #CyclingHumour #RoadCycling
